Compliant with current regulations
The C.M.F. module controls motor speed and stops by reading the residual voltage on the stator windings.
The C.M.F. carries out two operations:
RV1 “failure” relay intervention
• by tripping the motor stop relay if real time is shorter than nominal time;
• by de-energising the relay when the set time is exceeded if real time is longer than nominal time.
The failure relay is tripped if a fault concerning the motor stop relay is detected or if the connections taking the return voltage from the stator windings are cut.
RV2 “no motor movement” relay intervention
by continuously comparing voltage at terminals and sending a signal as soon as the speed either approaches or reaches zero (motor stop).
